- Enjoy all the amenities of home including a full kitchenette, with fridge, stove, microwave, full stovetop and oven, Keurig, & kettle.
- Cupboards are filled with lovely dishes utensils and pots and pans. You don't need to bring a thing!
- Living room with gorgeous oversize seating, wool carpet, gas stove fireplace, dining area for two.
- French doors lead out to private patio in a very pretty yard.
- Modern 3 piece bathroom with walk-in glass shower.
- Designer Queen bedroom with night table and double closets for plenty of storage space.

- No laundry available but we offer fresh linens each week.

Are you here on a work related trip or in between houses due to renovation or real estate purchase? Or perhaps you have arrived in Guelph and are trying to get a sense of the area?
We are the perfect answer to a hotel alternative... much prettier and more comfortable.
Two nights cost is $299 pr night = $597
Weekly Costs are $177 per night = $1237 per week
Monthly Cost is $90 per night = $2697 per month (30 days) can rent up to 4 months
There are no additional costs for linen refresh & exchange etc.
(FYI there is a bottle of Rosé in the fridge waiting for you!)
