Important Wedding Planning Information
Congratulations on Booking Your Wedding!
Here are the key details to help you plan your special day with ease.
Marriage Licence
You must obtain your marriage licence from your local City Hall or municipal office.
Both partners need to provide two pieces of identification.

Capacity
We can accommodate:
- Up to 10 guests plus the wedding couple (12 total).
Additional guests are $150 each, we do limit the # of people.
Live Streaming & Video
You are welcome to livestream or video your ceremony.
We provide a light and tripod, and we have strong Wi-Fi that reaches the
Grand Wedding Room and the nearby porch and the front lawn.
Optional Wedding Add-Ons
- 30 extra minutes of Wedding Photography: $297
- 3–4 minute Edited Wedding Video: $797
- Overnight in the Rosé Honeymoon Suite
Please let us know if you’d like to add any of these services.
Payment Details
- The balance is due 14 days before your ceremony, unless otherwise arranged.
- We cannot reserve your date until your deposit has been received.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.

Your Pre-Wedding Call (10 to14 Days Before)
We will arrange a call to go over all final details, including:
- Do you have your marriage licence?- Text us a photo of the front of your license that is filled out so we can make sure its correct.
- Confirm the number of guests (including the couple).
- choose two people to witness & sign your license
- Confirm the wedding package purchased. if you ned to change it please advise ASAP.
- Review your ceremony, full names, vow options, and blessing choice.
- Let us know of Any special readings, traditions, or personal touches to include.
- Is someone is giving you away?
- Choose a processional song down the aisle. We have Spotify please text us the ong you'd like from Spotify.
- Confirm Ceremony location preference:
- Grand Wedding Room (indoors)
OR - Outdoor Birch Tree Setting (summer/warm months)
- Grand Wedding Room (indoors)
At the end of our call please e-transfer the balance owing to: elopeontario@gmail.com
Arrival Details
- The wedding couple should arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony with the marriage licence for required paperwork.
- If one half the couple has to hide or get dressed we can accommodate and advise you on that.
- Please park in the driveway in front of the lower garage NOT ON THE STREET.
- This is a NON SMOKING property. No smoking on the road, outside or inside due to the heritage/vintage venue.
- Tell your Guests to arrive 10–15 minutes before the ceremony.
(We often host multiple ceremonies and cannot accommodate early arrivals.) - If any aggression or disrespect we have the right to refuse service.

Please review the times and details of your package as outlined below.
Don’t forget your marriage licence!
And please note: The photographer is hired ONLY for your designated time. Late arrivals may result in additional charges.
1. Arrival
- The wedding couple and guests should arrive 20 minutes before the ceremony.
- Please give your marriage licence to the officiant upon arrival.
2. Parking
- Parking is located at the lower part of the property, in front of the garage.
- Please walk up the grass to the far-right door of the estate house — this is the entrance to The Grand Wedding Room, or to the lawn if it is an outdoor wedding.
- Do NOT park on the street.
- Winter weddings: please use the front porch door for entry.
3. Ceremony Music & Getting Ready
- If you would like a song to walk into the ceremony, please let us know in advance.
We have a wireless Bluetooth speaker available.
- If one partner wishes to stay hidden or requires space to change before the ceremony, we can arrange for you to use our private living room inside the house.
- Please arrive Wedding Ready.
- If you require to get dressed here - we offer the Rosé Honeymoon Suite to put your wedding clothes on 20 mins prior to your wedding. The photographer can also capture a shot of you in this space. Cost is $25 cleaning fee for use. We can add that to your bill.
4. Walking Down the Aisle
- Please let us know who (if anyone) will be walking you into the ceremony.
5. Ceremony Duration
- The ceremony is approximately 15 minutes.
6. Property Rules
- This is a non-smoking property.
- No smoking anywhere- thank you
- There is a two piece bathroom for guest use
