Important Wedding planning information
Congratulations on booking your wedding 

Just a note - you have to get your marriage license from your local City Hall or municipality, 

both of you need two pieces of identification provided to get your license.

Capacity Limit we can accommodate up to 10 guests plus  wedding couple. 12 total - any extra people are $100 each up to 5 extra. 

Lives streaming or videoing we have a light/tripod for your own ceremony-  We have good internet -our internet can only reach out to the Grand Wedding Room or nearby porch!

30 extra Wedding Photography is $297.

A 3-4 minute edited Wedding Video of your special day is just $697

The balance is due to us 14 days before your ceremony unless otherwise arranged  
We cannot reserve your date until you have made your reservation and the deposit has been received.
You will receive an email confirmation for your wedding!

7 -14 days Before your wedding we will arrange a call you to have a pre-wedding chat -  Answer any questions and go thru your upcoming day!

• Inside Grand Wedding Room
• Outdoor Ceremony by the birch trees in summer warm months

Wedding couple 1 or both of you- Please arrive 20 minutes before your ceremony and bring your license as we need to fill out some important paperwork before your ceremony begins.

Please tell your guests to arrive 10-15 mins tops before ceremony.. As we do more than one ceremony sometimes we can't accommodate early arriving guests!

Don't forget your license!

Do not be late as the photographer is hired ONLY for your designated time. If late Extra charges may be applied.

1. Arrival - Wedding couple and guests to arrive 20 mins before ceremony- please give the license to the officiant when you arrive.

2. Parking - we ask that everyone park at the lower part of the property in front of the garage and walk up the grass to the far-right door of the estate house is where you will find The Grand Wedding Room entrance or the lawn in front if it is an outdoor wedding. 

Please DO NOT park on the street. If it's winter please use the door on the front porch!

3. Choose a song to walk into the ceremony if you like- let us know beforehand, we have a wireless bluetooth speaker. If part of the couple needs to change and or keep themselves secret from the. other half before the ceremony we can have you sit  or dress in our private living room in the house.

4. Is anyone walking you into the ceremony/down the aisle?

5. Ceremony- is approx 15  mins

6. This is a non-smoking property
