Important Wedding planning information
To Book your wedding
We require a $250 non refundable deposit to save your date send etransfer to email@example.com
Please email Both your names address and cell numbers to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The balance is due 7 days prior to your wedding
Just a note - you have to get your marriage license from your local City Hall or municipality,
both of you need two pieces of identification provided to get your license.
Please bring it with it with you!

Ultimate Elope Guelph
A 4 -6 pm ceremony and mini reception. with a 7 pm Private Dinner for Two
Lives streaming or videoing your own ceremony- please bring your own tripod, camera, phone iPad etc to do so. We have good internet -our internet can only reach out to the Grand Wedding Room or nearby porch!
30 minutes of extra Wedding Photography is $199.
A 2-3 minute edited Wedding Video of your special day is just $499

The Pop Up Ceremony and Mini Reception package includes a cake and charcuterie and cheese appetizer reception with non alcoholic champagne for 90 mins inclusive.

We cannot reserve your date until you have made your reservation and the deposit e-transfer has been received.

The Sunday Before your wedding we will arrange a call you to have a pre-wedding chat - Answer any questions and go thru your upcoming day!

Where would you like the ceremony:
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your ceremony and bring your license as we need to fill out some important paperwork before your ceremony begins.
If they are having a mini reception Are there any allergies or dietary concerns?

The day of your wedding
Don't forget your license!
1. Arrival - Wedding couple and guests to arrive 20 mins before ceremony- please give the license to the officiant when you arrive.
2. Parking - we ask that everyone park at the lower part of the property in front of the garage and walk up the grass to the far-right door of the estate house is where you will find The Grand Wedding Room entrance. Please don't park on the street. If it's winter please use the door on the front porch!
3. Choose a song to walk into the ceremony if you like- let us know beforehand, we have a wireless bluetooth speaker. If part of the couple needs to change and or keep themselves secret from the. other half before the ceremony we can have you sit or dress in our private living room in the house.
4. Is anyone walking you into the ceremony/down the aisle?
All attendees indoors must wear masks, outside is optional.
5. Ceremony- is approx 15-20 mins
Ceremonies and Times allotted and afterwards:
Sweet Ceremony - allotted Ceremony time for use of the space is 1 hour, photos will be retaken during and after your ceremony- Wedding Couple and Guests will depart at the end of the hour.
Pop Up Wedding and Mini Reception - allotted time is two hours for Ceremony and Mini Reception. After ceremony there will be photos taken and then the food will be brought out for everyone to enjoy.
Ultimate Elopement - Allotted time is an hour for ceremony and photos after. Then couple retreats to their private suite for dinner service at approx 6:30 pm
